Double Disc Polishing Machine

Double disc polishing machine for preparing metallography samples. The machine has two different motors for two discs of dia. 200 mm. This helps preparing samples at a faster speed. The speed can be adjusted up to 1400 rpm with the help of rotary handle.

Single Disc Polishing machine

It is a compact unit with independent driving motor, speed change arrangement, swan neck tap, drain pot, guard, cover and ON/OFF switch. Thus in this machine you have a low priced compact versa tic polishing arrangement requiring minimum of maintenance in your laboratory.

Portable table top model having one piece fiber glass molded top with built-in drain pot and sink area and fitted with neck tap. The drive os of a 1/4 HP single phase 220 volts A.C.T.E.F.C. motor, employing a continuous variable speed mechanism giving speed from 400 to 1100 RPM (approximately). The bronze disc of 8" dia. push fits on a tapered steel spindle. The spindle runs freely in two ball bearing fitted in the housing. The change of speed is make with the help of a circular control wheel. The machine is supplied with splash guard/hand rest. Disc cover and a spindle for fixing cloths.

Belt Polishing Machine :

Dry and wet surface single belt type : belt size 925mm x 100mm, 0.25 H.P. AC motor along with emery cloth belt for dry polishing grit size 100/120, 220/240, sic belt for dry polishing 100 x 925mm grit size 100/120, sic water proof belt 100 x 925mm grit size 100 x 120, 220/240 (12nos, of each type of belts)
