Compression Testing Machine

Just represents an economical alternative to the Justy series of our building materials test platforms, for many testing tasks.

This innovative system is a single-purpose compression test plant (Optionally with bending unit for European Standards), for efficient serial testing of mortar specimens.

If required, the Test pert intelligent software for graphical and statistical test evaluations together with PC can also be connected to this versatile system.

Hardness Tester

Universal Hardness Testers, equipped with a set of six ball bearings guide device, for the plunger/spindle, automatic load selection for 15, 20, 30, 40, 45, 50, 60, 100, 125, 150, 187.5 and 250 kg for conducting Vickers, Brinell, Standard Rockwell and Superficial Rockwell method tests.

The standard accessories includes all the required indentors and two microscopes separately one for the measurement of ball indentation dia for Brinell method test, and the other for the Vickers indentation diagonal measurement for Vickers method test. The least count of 100 x Vickers microscope also supplied with illumination device is 0.01mm directly on the scale and 0.001mm with estimation.

Tensile Tester

Tensile Testing Machine for determining the tensile strength and elongation of materials like wires, cables conductors, plywood, ferrous & non-ferrous material.

Spring Testing Machine

Spring Testing Machine for Testing / Measuring the compression, Tension and Retraction of Springs. The machine has a linear least count of 100 grams for load and 0.1 mm for displacement through out the range of 0 to 5 KN. The machine is manually / electrically operated and has digital read out for load as well s displacement for accurately measuring the deflection and expansion of springs.

The machine has a test height of 15 inch and is capable of holding springs of O.D. upto 8 inch.

Impact Testing Machine

Impact Tester Model JIT - 30 is designed for conducting CHARPY, IZOD ans IMPACT TENSION tests. The test methods confirm to IS 1757-1761, IS : 1499-1959 and BS : 131:131 : Part 2 & 3, IS:1598-1960, BS : 131 part I and ASTM E 32-47T.

Polishing Machines

Double disc polishing machine for preparing metallography samples. The machine has two different motors for two discs of dia. 200 mm. This helps preparing samples at a faster speed. The speed can be adjusted up to 1400 rpm with the help of rotary handle.
